adjusting to class again...

Made it back for a second entry! I have a test tonight in Radiology, I feel like it's so soon for an exam but i'm happy because it doesn't cover too much material. I feel pretty good about it, i'll let you know how it goes. I was a little worried about a case of "senioritis" setting in, but I think i'm still not quite believing that i'm going to finally finish this year. Maybe in Spring Semester it will actually hit me, but for now, i'm going to be happy that it's not too out of control just yet.

My classes are pretty good. My Radiology for Radiation Therapists class is just me, 3 people from clinic and 1 other girl I know from Chem and Radiation Physics classes. The professor works for MGH's Satellite office in Waltham and is really nice. Pretty straight forward with the material, really making sure we understand it so far. I think that's probably a really big reason I feel so confident I can do well on the exam. My other class, Oncology/Pathology is held over at Mass General in a conference room in their Radiation Oncology wing. The thing that should be interesting about that class is, each class is taught by a different medical resident. And each medical resident has a topic or two to present on, and they all love to bring in these nice thick slideshow packets. So, I guess I can say i'm dreading that midterm and final. The only other class is my Clinical II class, pretty much where I meet with the other 5 clinical students whom i've come to know so well :) and my professor/advisor who is awesome as well too. We go over a new topic each class and do a few quizzes and exams here and there. This year though, my advisor really wants to prepare us for our RTT (Radiation Therapy Technologist) license exam we will all be taking after graduation. So... that means we get to take a ton of "mock exams" to get us ready. Which in the overall picture is pretty awesome, at least for me. Since I am not a fan of standardized testing, this will help take some anxiety off when the time comes to actually sit for the exam. But, what I don't like, is that these too will also be counting towards our grade. Oh well, the end result is what i'm trying to get to. It will allllll be worth it :)

ps: so I was talking to my roommate the other day and she got me addicted to this website. It's called www.dailypuppy.com . She is POSSIBLY going to buy a puppy soon, AHHhhh!! Love it! So we've been taking a peak at a few. I needed to post possibly cutest thing i've seen ever and share it....
