Ooo quick note, that test I had to take last week in Radiology, I got back. Good news people, got an A- yay!! Way to start off the semester dontcha think? I really think its because the professor has made it so that we have two classes and then an exam every time, which is awesome because the material is so broken down and it also makes use really sit down and study the material so soon after it's lectured. That makes me feel like I actually retain the information more than if I were to try and cram it all in for a midterm/final. I have a quiz coming up next week in Clinical II, i'll let you know how that goes when the time come.
So as a college student, the amount of time and energy it takes to cook dinner, is not exactly top priority. Yet how many nights can you really eat cereal, or peanut butter and jelly? Granted these two staples are what have been my fall back plan for when i'm tight on money (take notes kids.. truly a money saver), i've decided to research some new ideas. I went to the grocery store and wandered the isles, restraining myself from putting in absoloutely useless food items and things that I could certainly benefit on passing up on, such as chips, anything chocolate, etc etc. There have been many a time where I go food shopping and come home and realize everything I purchased, I could not actually make a legitimate meal out of. So this time, as I'm wandering down the frozen foods isle, A tasty little section jumped out at me. Prepared frozen dinners. No no,
no lean cuisine for this fine palate. There were all of these dinners by Bertolli. You know, all those commercials you see on TV where the chefs in Italy are in tears because no one is eating their food, instead eating Bertolli? Well ladies and gentlemen, I now know why. After scanning the different meal options such as Grilled Chicken Alfredo, and Roasted Chicken Linguine, I found one that peaked my interest. Chicken alla Vodka and Farfelle. Sweet lord was it good, and to top it off, I literally had to open the bag, and pour it into a pan/skillet, and let it cook on the stove. I strongly recommend getting some of these, heck, I recommend filling your freezer with them. They cook in less than 10 minutes, taste like they are from a resturant, and are extremely affordable $7.99. I should really get a job advertising for these people huh? Seriously though people, do yourself a favor, try one. I know next up for me, in my freezer awaiting is the Tri-Color Four Cheese Ravioli Oven Bake. MMmmmm I know what's for dinner tonight :)

That stuff sounds pretty good. I should have ordered some through PeaPod...too late though, oh well. Maybe next time.
Good job on the exam too, that's a pretty tough subject.
